Full legal name, date and place of birth, address, Social Security Number (optional), contact details, marital status, children, and next of kin.

Bank accounts, investments, retirement accounts, real property, life insurance, debts, and the location of all important financial documents.

This service is designed to protect your most sensitive personal information. Here is exactly where your data goes — and where it does not.
Your answers are saved in your browser's local storage — the same technology used by banking apps. They never leave your device. No database. No server. No cloud storage of your personal answers.
Your Word document is built entirely inside your browser from your own answers. It is not sent to any external service. Only you receive the final file.
We do not ask for your name, email, or any identifier to use this service. There is no login, no registration, and no profile created on any server.
The Digital Assets section asks only whether a password manager or secure document exists — never for actual passwords or credentials. These are explicitly excluded.
The End of Life documentation package is an organizing and reference tool for your family and executor. It is not a legal will, trust, or advance directive. For legal documents, please consult a licensed attorney. For veteran benefits questions, please consult an accredited VA claims agent.
Saving Your Progress
Your answers save automatically to your browser every time you complete a question. If you close the window mid-session, your progress is preserved.
When you return, you will see a Saved Session Found screen showing exactly how long ago you saved and which section you were on — color-coded so you can see at a glance how fresh your session is.
Your session is saved to the specific browser on the specific device you used. If you start on your laptop, you must finish on that same laptop in the same browser. Opening the app on your phone or a different computer will show a fresh start — your laptop's session will not transfer automatically.
If you plan to take a break of more than a few days, or if you are concerned about losing your progress (browser clearing, new computer, travel), we strongly recommend downloading a backup file.
